Technical responsibility since 2004
AGZ is a family-owned company based in Krosno. It has developed through technical expertise, direct involvement of its owners and long-term responsibility for each project. The company has operated in its current legal form since 2004.
For us, family ownership means consistent oversight of quality, short decision paths and direct cooperation with the client, contracting authority and other participants in the construction process. The team manages a project from scope definition through technical acceptance and as-built documentation.

In-house engineering and delivery teams
Our engineering staff review technical conditions, prepare designs and approvals, plan the works, coordinate disciplines and manage commissioning. Design and construction decisions therefore remain within one technical process.
Our own teams carry out earthworks, cable installation, electrical installation and assembly. We install equipment, switchgear and control cabinets, complete wiring, measurements and functional testing. Our equipment base supports logistics, material preparation and efficient project delivery.
We work with distribution system operators and deliver works to grid connection conditions, approved designs and technical agreements. The scope concludes with configuration, measurements, acceptance documentation and preparation for safe operation.

From power supply infrastructure to integrated systems
Our projects include LV and MV cable lines, transformer substations, electrical and ICT installations, specialist lighting and infrastructure for public, municipal, industrial and transport facilities.
We are developing our capabilities in battery energy storage, photovoltaics, telecontrol and automation. We integrate equipment with EMS, BMS and SCADA, carry out MV cable testing and commission complete power, communication and control systems.
We work as a general contractor, specialist contractor or subcontractor responsible for a defined technical package. In each model, the boundaries of responsibility, programme and acceptance requirements are agreed clearly.
