2. Data we process
Through the contact form, we may receive your full name, company name, email address, telephone number, subject and message. For a job application, we may also receive a CV attached voluntarily and the personal data it contains. The website also processes basic technical data required for security, such as the IP address and time of the request. The full message is not stored in technical logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Form data is processed to receive and respond to an enquiry. If the enquiry is intended to lead to a contract, the legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract. In other cases, the legal basis is AGZ’s legitimate interest in managing correspondence and providing a response.
Data supplied with a job application is processed to carry out recruitment, take steps before entering into a contract and, where applicable, comply with the relevant legal requirements.
Technical data and security logs are processed for the legitimate interest of protecting the website, detecting abuse and resolving faults.
4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be accessed by authorised AGZ employees and associates and by providers of services required to operate the website, including hosting and email services. The website and forms are hosted by home.pl.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
If the use of technical services requires personal data to be transferred outside the European Economic Area, AGZ will implement a mechanism compliant with the GDPR and update this document.
6. Retention period
Enquiry data is retained for the time required to respond and then for the period justified by applicable law and the possible establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Recruitment data is retained for the duration of the relevant recruitment process and for the period required to protect against claims. Security logs are retained only for as long as necessary for website security and fault resolution.
7. Your rights
In the circumstances specified by the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
8. Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but fields marked as required are necessary to send and process an enquiry.
9. Automated decision-making
Data submitted through the form is not used for decisions that produce legal effects solely through automated processing and is not used for profiling.
10. Cookies
The public website does not use advertising, remarketing, marketing trackers or analytics that require consent. The website does not set cookies and therefore does not display a consent banner. If this changes, the policy and an appropriate consent mechanism will be updated before the change is introduced.
